Policies Related to Cancellation

From the date we receive a written cancellation notice the following  fees will apply:

90 or more days prior to departure                      $150

31 to 89 days prior to departure                         40% of land package cost

less than 31 days prior to departure                    100% of deposits paid to date

Terms & Conditions Relating to Reservations & Payment

Cancellation of the tour on our part is unlikely, but we do reserve the right to cancel due to factors beyond our control, such as poor weather and other safety concerns, as well as for lack of bookings.  In such cases we will issue a full refund.  Reservations with deposits will be accepted in the order in which they are received.  In making reservations with the tour operator, the traveler affirms that he or she has read and understood, and that he or she will abide by, all of the tour operator’s policies, terms and conditions regarding deposits, cancellations, balances and responsibilities of the traveler.  Upon receipt by the tour operator of the traveler’s reservation form and the required payment, the tour operator will send to the traveler the following information:

1. detailed trip information
2. a statement reflecting payments made and the balance due
3. the Limitation of Liability & Waiver Agreement, which the traveler will execute and deliver to the tour operator
